Cancellation Window

You may cancel bookings within 24 hours of confirmation for Dubai tours and travel packages, and within 12 hours for visa or business setup services, provided processing has not started. After these periods, cancellations may not be possible due to third-party commitments.

How to Cancel

To cancel, contact us at info@zekiexperts.com or +971 4 123 4567 with your booking number. If eligible, we’ll confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund per our Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Bookings

If canceled within the allowed window, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, per UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). No refunds apply for cancellations after processing begins or for non-refundable fees (e.g., visa processing).

Promotions and Third-Party Services

Cancellations of bookings with promotions (e.g., 30% off on hotels) will not affect future offer eligibility unless stated. Third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels) follow their own cancellation terms, and we are not liable for their fees.
